Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering One Wish Willow™. This policy explains how we fulfill and ship your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume launches or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Delivery time

Due to our new fulfillment setup, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Most domestic orders arrive sooner, but carrier delays, weather, and high demand can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience while we scale.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your package is handed to the carrier. If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at onewiswillow23@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery window with photos and your order number. We will review each case and work with the carrier to resolve it.
