Refund Policy

All sales of One Wish Willow™ are final. Because each Willow is a single-use, experiential product, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
No refunds
By completing your purchase, you agree that the product is sold as-is and that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, delayed delivery, or dissatisfaction with the wish outcome.
Damaged or defective items
If your One Wish Willow™ arrives damaged or defective before it is used, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement rather than a refund.
Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier after the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim. Resolution may include a replacement shipment, but not a monetary refund.
